1. First you must turn off your phone press Power button.
2. To confirm the phone is off, remove and replace the battery.
3. press together Volume UP + Home button + Power button.
4.  release the pressed keys and wait.
5.  you will see the system recovery menu.
6. Now choose with Volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select this option with Power button.
7. To confirm previous option use the Volume buttons to select "yes" and confirm it with Power button.
