Hard Reset:

• Press and hold the optical mouse Touch Pad Press use the stylus to press the reset button Hold for about 15 seconds
• Release Reset button and  while still holding optical mouse wait until it boot
• After 10 seconds release Optical mouse and confirm the format by pressing the phone button
• The Reset button allows you to quickly turn off the phone in the event of a program
• or application error. In this case your Saga™ would appear to “freeze” and become unresponsive.
• Locate the Reset button positioned just below the Camera/Camcorder
• key on the right side of the phone.
• Carefully inserting a thin blunt object (such as your stylus) into this slot will
• exit the current screen and cycle power to the phone.

Hard Reset By Code:

• Enter Dial number *2767*3855#
• Now you see Factory Format
• wait until factory format complete
• after factory format handset will be reboot
• hard reset done
